Fall Season Diner Sign-Up's
Schedules are now posted. As part of registration, you were charged a $25 deposit that is fully refundable after volunteering one hour per player in our diner at Heasley Field. (FYI, the registration system actually said 2 hours per player however that was a typo, carried over from the Spring.) Should you choose not to volunteer the hour, you agreed to surrender your deposit and allow the league to hire temporary workers in your place.
The diner at Heasley Field is an essential financial part of SMGSA, and the diner’s success depends upon parent volunteers. Once you work your diner shift at Heasley Field, the deposit will be refunded via a check which can be mailed or picked up the following week. You will have until September 8, 2017, to sign up for a shift.
Your diner deposit will be forfeited if:
- You do not show up for your shift
- You do not sign up to cover a shift by September 8, 2017
- You are more than 10 minutes late to your shift
- Changing your shift may be done one time per season without penalty with a 24 hour advanced notice.
